How a flat roof job works
- 1Free survey and quote
We look at the existing roof, check the decking and fall, and give you a clear price.
- 2Strip out
The old covering is taken up and any rotten decking is replaced so the new roof sits on solid ground.
- 3Install
The new membrane is laid and sealed, with every joint, trim and upstand finished properly.
- 4Check and sign-off
We test the falls, walk you through the finished roof and tidy the site.
Repair or renew?
A small tear or a single failed joint can often be repaired, and we'll always suggest a repair where it will last. If a flat roof is bubbling, cracked all over or reaching the end of its life, renewing it is usually better value than chasing leaks — and we can quote for both so you can compare. Planning an extension? We can build the flat roof as part of a new roof installation.
